The Position

Purpose of the job

We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist to support the department's activities related to customer service for external and internal stakeholders. The position is for a fixed period of 1 year.

Main Responsibilities:

• Perform activities related to monthly and annual closings in the Supply Chain and Logistics department;

• Provide support in the verification and processing of received sales orders and enquiries from the external stakeholders, in accordance with the applicable company’s trade conditions;

• Processing requests for medicinal samples from healthcare professionals;

• Assist with the communication with external and internal stakeholders regarding the Roche product portfolio.

• Verification, preparation and archiving of documentation.

Education, Qualifications and Professional Memberships:

A university degree, preferably in Economics and Finance.

Experience:

Previous experience with an ERP system (SAP).

Related experience in customer service and preferably in Supply Chain and Logistics.

Experienced and efficient handling of standard IT-applications (preferably Google suite).

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

Excellent technical and organizational skills;

Ability to work in a dynamic environment with clear priorities;

Excellent mastery of soft skills such as communication and teamwork;

Punctuality and attention to details.

Languages:

Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken).
