Position Summary: The Customer Relations Specialist is focused on leading & growing our partnership within our customer base. This role will partner with our customers, to share knowledge & resources that will help aid in their cost reduction, service level improvements, and quality improvement initiatives. Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to: Partner with our customers to help implement initiatives & manage various areas of their supply chain. Define, develop, document, and execute a comprehensive logistics and distribution plan that will drive optimal customer service and profitability while supporting customer growth plans. Identify and create policies, processes and procedures that increase efficiencies and optimize the distribution network in conjunction with distribution partners. Work closely with major stakeholders on inventory optimization to attain short term and long term goals. Partner with customer's distribution partners to help identify efficiencies in our collective business: restaurant delivery frequency, product rationalization/standardization, freight optimization, and cost reduction opportunities. Assists in managing the distribution network with an understanding of the appropriate service levels required by our customers and other facilities we support in a cost-effective manner. Participate in the communication process between supply chain partners and all internal stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely information is always available Other projects or duties as assigned. Required Skills and Experience: High School diploma or GED 5+ years related work experience in customer management/customer service related field Must be able to travel 50%-85% Demonstrated problem-solving skills Detail-oriented, conscientious and able to work independently Strong organizational and analytical skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Inventory Functions a plus Restaurant Management a plus Proven ability to multi-task effectively and produce accurate, timely results in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment Consistently demonstrate a positive approach, team-player attitude and professional demeanor Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel Strong presentation skills Willing to work any schedule, including weekends and holidays, due to our 24/7 environment This position must pass a post-offer background and drug test Equal Opportunity Employee & Physical Demands Reyes Holdings and its businesses are equal opportunity employers.
