Job DescriptionCompetent handling of all incoming requests (via phone, chat, and E-Mail) from existing or potential customers (inbound) in compliance with KPI’sAppointment allocation and consultation for all tire and rim productsOrder processing and coordination for major car service customersSolution oriented support for internal customers in case of questions and problemsReview and processing of orders in the area online salesProcessing of complaintsParticipation in trainings for the knowledge extension of our products and processes

QualificationsSales apprenticeship with first work experience in service-centers or customer serviceHigh level of customer- and service orientationProduct knowledge in the areas tires, rims and accessoriesExperience in customer service and the handling of ERP/CRM systemsAffinity for IT requiredFirst experience in auto services is a plusSafe handling of MS-Office programsFluent German written and oral language skillsHigh team orientation as well as an independent, thorough, and structured working methodFriendly and binding communication skillsHigh commitment, flexibility, resilience, and willingness for shift operation
