Job Title: Contract Reviewer

Job Description

We are seeking motivated individuals for an entry-level data entry/ customer service position within a dynamic manufacturing company. This role is ideal for recent graduates with business-related degrees who are eager to grow their careers. The primary responsibility is to review and process incoming sales orders, ensuring accuracy and quality. This position offers extensive hands-on training and the opportunity to work closely with a supportive team.

ResponsibilitiesReview all incoming sales orders for accuracy and completeness.Assist in ensuring orders are ready to be entered into the system.Process purchase orders received from customers.Identify errors in purchase orders and communicate with customers to obtain revised orders.Enter approved purchase orders into the CRM system.Provide clerical support and customer service as needed.Essential SkillsProficiency in Office 365.Excellent communication and critical thinking skills.High attention to detail and organizational skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Typing skills of at least 50 WPM with high accuracy.Comfortable answering phone calls and providing backup support to the Operator and Sales Support lines.
Additional Skills & QualificationsPrevious experience in data entry, administrative support, or customer service is preferred.Experience with SAP is a plus but not required.Candidates with good job tenure are preferred.Ability to create new prospects, update customer information, and perform material searches.Work Environment

This position is an addition to the current team, which includes five individuals on the customer service side and five on the contract review side. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM. Initially, the role is office-based for the first year, with the possibility of working from home for two days a week thereafter. The pay range for this position is $41600.00 - $41600.00
