The Customer Service Specialist handles highly complex (technical) problems within service delivery as well as management and develops original and innovative solutions with broad impact on the business for delivering contracted services to customers.
Candidate should have some knowledge of Microwave transmission, dealing with field activity covering Installation and Commissioning and/or Technical Support. A must would be the experience with Nokia Wavence products.
Knowledge of NSP platform will be also considered.
English spoken is mandatory.
Deliver/review/approve engineering rules and process for deployment of customer project Support subcontractors during complex swap/installation activities on siteFollow/support the integration of MW links in Network Management PlatformReview/approve commissioning resultsDeliver acceptance documents of MW links for invoicingIndependently works within broad guidelines and uses best practices and knowledge of internal or external business issues.Works with substantial discretion and uses specialist knowledge, analytical skills, judgment and broad conceptual and practical experience to solve complex problems and to contribute to process improvements.Transfers concepts for professional direction of own organizational unit into actionable measures. Provides working leadership and training to less experienced personnel.Accountable and responsible for a productive and efficient end-to-end Microwave services delivery within MN RBC Europe of:
Deliver new HW integrations & commissioningDesign and planning of Microwave in the NetworkExecute SW and Features testing and validation Execute and/or follow SW upgradesNetwork Services Platforms integration to customer systemsDevelops project-specific technical delivery procedures.
