Brief Description Barilla Poland is seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Specialist based in Warsaw. The individual will be reporting to the Demand Planning & Customer Service Manager Poland and will play a pivotal role in coordinating order processes, managing customer communication and executing demand planning activities, while driving operational efficiency. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring optimized On-Time Delivery (OTD), stock control and exceptional service levels, while proactively addressing customer needs and inquiries. Key Accountabilities + Ensure the effective operation of the Contact Center for Customers’ needs with regards to order management, delivery status, system set up, procedures’ implementation, master data and invoicing + Coordinate the orders’ process to increase OTD optimization, service level, stock control + Organize and execute order book check availability in SAP + Manage customer communication and process all customer complaints + Execute Demand Planning for the assigned Customers + Follow up product availability from the network and third parties, report & control Inventory Adjustments + Work on local/regional/international projects to simplify and optimize procedures + Strive for outstanding customer management and satisfaction levels + Work closely with other departments such as Sales, Marketing, Trade marketing and Logistics, to achieve optimization of all Demand Planning & Customer Service procedures + Maintain exposure and cross communication with the rest of Regional markets Qualifications + Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain or relevant Studies. Master’s degree will be highly appreciated + Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in demand planning, customer service or related roles within the FMCG industry. + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric mindset + Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Excel-advanced) + Very good knowledge of SAP environment, will be considered as an asset + Strong analytical & numerical skills + Ability to work cross functionally with tight timelines + Fluency in Polish and English language Important Information + The role is based in our Warsaw office, Poland.
