**Responsibilities for Call Center Representative include:**

+ Take Inbound calls, chat, email, text (SMS) messages - for sales, retention, billing, troubleshooting, and inquiries
+ Outbound calls for collections, change of service, promotions, service request or ticket follow up
+ Maintain friendly and positive tone and attitude
+ Follow instructions and retain relevant information for individual, team and customer success
+ Show empathy and compassion
+ Great listening skills

**Pay Details:** $18.00 per hour
