Customer Service Specialist/fixed-term contract

We are currently seeking a Junior Customer Service Specialist to start and build a fulfilling career within our dynamic Customer Support function in our offices in Lucca. We are always looking for those people interested in the latest technologies and work with them to make an impact that matters. At CCH Tagetik you will offer solutions for our customers’ challenges, while subsequently working on your own career and personal growth ambitions. You will learn and develop a mix of advisory and technology skills that will help you define effective strategies and put them into action. Collaboration will sit at the heart of everything you do, as you will work closely with both colleagues and clients.

You will:

Provide excellent customer service to internal and external clients

Understand how to respond to inquiries and follow ups through the use of our systems

Organize your workflow to meet customers’ time frames and demands

Navigate between multiple IT systems quickly and accurately

Learn to adhere to team quality standards for preparing client forms and submitting documents

Learn to find your own innovative solutions to challenges faced by some of the world’s leading companies

Help to analyze application settings, recommending the software usage best practices on simple cases

Interact with customers (via Support Portal, e-mail, phone) about the issues and monitor the resolution process providing frequent feedback about the status of each incident

Help to anticipate unpleasant situations and quickly escalate critical issues.

  

You have:

Degree in Economics, Digital Humanities or STEM disciplines

Proven analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills

Ability to effectively contribute to clients’ maximizing the potential of analytics and information to support their business objectives

Positive attitude and interest working within teams of diversified skills

Ability to share insights and complex analysis results effectively

Proficiency with MS Office

Excellent knowledge of English (both written and spoken)

Excellent organizational and planning abilities, including incident management skills

Ability to juggle multiple tasks and adapt quickly to new situations

Strong work ethic, intellectual curiosity and commitment to continuous improvement.
