Responsibilities Make an impact Order Management for Products: Create and manage SAP orders from confirmed quotations, configure products according to customer specifications, ensure order specifications against production planning and availability, confirm orders and deliveries with customers, create delivery slips and coordinate deliveries with customers, process order changes in collaboration with customers and internal departments (inside sales, logistics), create customs invoices. Quotation and Order Management for Services: Respond to customer requests via SalesForce and provide consultation on needed sevices, create quotations for spare parts, used products, and repairs, track quotations and follow up on outstanding offers, manage and track order creations from confirmed quotations, resolve open questions by coordinating with customers and internal contracts (technicians, logistics, etc.), create delivery slips and customs invoices. Application Requirements What you need to succeed Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field, minimum of 2-3 years of experience in customer service management, preferably in a shared service center environment, proficiency in SAP and SalesForce, excellent communication skills in English and German, ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively, strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, ability to assertively manage tasks and responsibilities, knowledge of customs regulations and invoicing processes is a plus, customer-focused with a commitment to delivering high-quality service, proactive and able to work independently, strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
