Our work depends on Customer Service Specialist II joining our team to provide support via the telephone and/or Internet to resolve routine issues and respond to customer inquiries.

You will be answering inbound phone calls from Medicaid Providers for billing or enrollment.  These calls are not scripted; there is knowledge to be learned to understand and help the providers with their Medicaid claims.

HOW A CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST II WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

Takes and processes transactions by telephone, internet and correspondence from customers and representativesEnters and maintains database records of customer profiles and prepares and maintains status reportsActs as liaison for customersMaintains knowledge of company products and customer service processes

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

Required Experience: 2+ years of customer service experienceRequired Technical Skills:Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Required Skills and Abilities:Strong telephone and verbal communication skillsCustomer focus and adaptability to different personality typesAbility to multi-task and manage time effectivelyLocation: Hybrid and on-site at Riverview Center, Menands, NY
