POSITION OVERVIEW
Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, the selected candidate will be responsible to take received customer orders to meet customer demands, may include export shipments when applicable.
Scope of duties:
Input, monitor and coordinate customer orders (30-40 p/day)Manage all customer enquiries (20 ?30 p/day)Accurate pricing data entryPrepare customer credit adjustments, and customer invoicesCommunicate transit times, coordinate PODs and ETAs for customer ordersCommunicate with internal departments as required to provide supportRequirements:
To be considered you shall have at least 3-5 years working experience in customer service or related field. The person needs to be and be able to communicate at all levels. The preferred candidate must possess a professional phone manner.

Hands on experience in a fast-paced working environmentExperience with SAP very highly regarded for this role3-5 years experience in a similar customer service environmentNumerical data entry speed of 8500 alpha numerical p/hrProfessional and friendly phone mannerAble to contribute proactively within a team settingIntermediate level knowledge of MS Word and ExcelPrevious experience in processing DG export shipments would be advantageous.Victorian Drivers LicenceIdeally, you will have customer service experience preferably within a manufacturing, retail hardware, trade, logistics or supply chain environment with SAP exposure. Strong interpersonal skills, motivated, proactive and driven to succeed. Ability to work well under pressure, autonomously, have a positive & flexible attitude, and possess an excellent work ethic.
