Position: **Customer Service Specialist (Maternity leave)** **Main Purpose of Job** + Customer Service – Order Entry, Inventory Management and field support **Key Responsibilities** Primary Objectives + Customer Satisfaction + Operation excellence + Ensure all PO and non PO orders are processed accordingly + Apply with procedures Top responsibilities + Order processing and follow through order fulfillment + Promptly address customer and sales force queries on processed an in process orders + Monitor consignment stock levels and coordinate/follow up stock counts + Compliance with local/Corporate policies and procedures + Inventory management Main competences + Ability to deal with complaints tactfully, calmly and politely + Team player + Overcome obstacles + Quality commitment + This job description is intended to describe the general nature and level of the work being performed by people assigned to this work.
