Job Summary
Responsible for providing backup support to Company receptionist daily. Sort and distribute company mail daily. Assist team with Accessory orders. Support and assist with additional projects and administrative tasks as assigned. Ensure Customers' needs are taken care of within the standards of performance set by management.
Essential FunctionsPromptly and pleasantly answer a high volume of incoming phone calls received through the switchboard. Assist with processing and distributing accessory orders, Administer supplies and maintenance calls for equipment in mailroom (photocopier, postage meter, fax machine). Distribution of mail to the Sales team on a monthly basis or as needed, Provide accurate, professional and responsive customer support to customers and all other personnel within the organization at all levels. Actively participate in Team meetings. Perform other tasks as needed Work extended hours as needed during fiscal month and quarter end as defined by management.
Required/Preferred Education and ExperienceHigh School Diploma or equivalent. required
Knowledge, Skills and AbilitiesExcellent telephone skills Ability to handle multiple tasks Strong organizational skills Ability to prioritize work PC literate-databases, order processing and spreadsheets Proven team player
