OVERVIEW:
AD STARR is a company owned by DICK’s Sporting Goods. The Customer Service Specialist will support all aspects of the front office of the business, including answering incoming calls, providing general customer support, assisting with order/data entry and assisting the finance team with daily functions.
Ability to provide exceptional customer service that drives satisfaction and loyalty in a fast paced, metric driven environment, based on Quality of interactions and efficiency:
Provide customer service and data entry for customers that contact the business by PHONE
This is a seasonal opportunity from December - May 2025
AD STARR business hours are Monday – Friday 8A to 5P.
Flexibility within the window of business hours.
Weekends not required.
Identify Existing vs. NEW customerUpdate customer details / validate all required information has been obtainedConfirm existing customer details, updating any required changesConnect customer to specific sales rep (upon request), assigned the customer to a new sales rep, or execute a re-order – based on the needs of the customerCollect call-back information if unable to service or pass along to a sales repSupport the Sales Team:
Product inquiries: pricing, availability, shipping charges, etc.Order taking: Re-orders / web orders / etc.Support the Finance Team:
Assist the Accounting Coordinator with invoice data entry as neededAssist the Accounts Receivable Coordinator with invoice distribution as needed
Expected to assist other areas (uniform production team, warehouse team, etc.) of the business as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's Degree
<1 year of customer service, help desk, or related experience (retail oriented)
