The Customer Service Specialist plays a vital role in supporting the back-office operations of the customer service department. Assists in various administrative tasks, order processing, data management, and documentation, contributing to the efficient functioning of the back-office team and ensuring smooth implementation of data into systems.
Responsibilities:Contacting with business (email and teams) regarding tasks related to Order Management Entering new orders Customer Maintenance Creating technical complaints and issuing credit notes to the customer Releasing delivery notes Creating credit and debit notes for invoices Providing high level of customer service, with daily follow ups and clear communication with customers Communication and coordination between sales reps, Customer Service and different departments in PPG. Month-End Close Process Execute processes relating to the management of investments & rebates - monitoring, accruals & payments (if country specific support required). Calculation of both paint and no paints contribution from Collison, CT, and LIC segment) Creation of Letters for win contribution
Qualifications: Polish, English and Italian are required 2 year of experience in a similar position Familiar with computer applications, including MS Office, Teams Good communication skills Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. Conscientiousness Quick learner with competence to resolve queries Previous customer service experience will be considered an asset
