Job Description:

The candidate will be responsible for supervising the Customer Service Group; Ensuring proper and timely retrieval and processing of sales orders; Maintaining high customer satisfaction through efficient communication channels and addressing quickly & effectively the inquiries regarding the update of deliveries, order status, customer complaints, stock availability, and other pertinent issues and concerns of customers & salesmen.
