Customer Service Supervisor
Description Robert Half is seeking an experienced Customer Service Supervisor for a Seasonal opportunity with a growing organization in the e-commerce industry. The ideal candidate will have prior experience managing a sales or customer care team. Responsibilities: • Lead a team of sales and customer care advisors and motivate them to meet or exceed targets. • Develop and implement strategies to achieve department goals and objectives. • Provide ongoing training, coaching, development and support to team members. • Monitor performance and provide regular reports to senior management. • Collaborate with internal departments to maximize sales and improve overall customer experience. • Evaluate and respond to customer feedback to enhance the Customer Service experience. • Handle special orders and identify when an escalated case should be taken over by a supervisor • Handle escalations effectively, providing solutions that ensure the best possible outcome. • Conduct regularly scheduled team meetings and one-on-one coaching to review performance with Direct Reports. • Support Supervisors with other daily Supervisors tasks, as required. Requirements • Proven experience in a supervisory role within sales or customer care • Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems. • Exceptional ability to manage and answer inbound calls, providing excellent customer service. • Knowledge and understanding of e-Commerce. • Solid background in retail, including understanding of store operations and customer service. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure. • Flexibility to work during peak retail hours, including evenings and weekends. • High level of organizational skills and attention to detail.
