Currently we are looking for an experienced Customer Service Supervisor. In this role you will colaborate closely with the Senior Manager for Customer Experience Diagnostics EMEA. + What is your role going to look like?• You can expect leading and mentoring a team of 12-14 members focusing on DEXIS product and service hour order management and customer inquiry resolutions. + • Find the best ways to secure and follow up on high standards of Customer Experience (phone calls coverage, backups, professional customer approach).• We will encourage you to identify improvement areas of global processes and procedures linked to customer service and technical administration.• You care how to build and maintain excellent relationships with various stakeholders (sales, technical support, cash collection, finance, warehouse colleagues).• Take a lead and connect with stakeholders to represent the CS organization.• Collect and act on Customer Experience feedback on a global scale.• You guarantee the customer experience cycle in all service incidents with sense of urgency, strengthening customer loyalty.
