The Customer Service Supervisor is responsible for providing leadership for Customer Service team members supporting sales efforts in all sales channels. Responsible for assuring that Pella is a leader in the industry that beats the competition in terms of time, value, quality and simplicity. Responsible for the supervision of the Customer Service team.  This is an onsite full-time position working at our Parsippany office.  Typical hours are Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm.
