Requirements:
Customer Service Supervision experience in a manufacturing setting HS Diploma with 5+ years of supervisory experience or BS Degree in Business with 2-3 years of supervisory experience Knowledge of customer service software, databases, and tools Strong client-facing skills Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking abilities Proficiency in Excel and PowerPointPreferred Skills:
Experience with Supply Chain related to Customer Service operations Experience dealing with budgets, reports, weekly/monthly meetingsResponsibilities:
Communicate company products and policies effectivelyPay Details: $35.00 to $38.00 per hour
