Customer Service Supervisor
Description We are in search of a Customer Service Supervisor to join our team in the Real Estate & Property industry, located in Tustin, California. As a Customer Service Supervisor, your key responsibility would be to ensure smooth and efficient processing of customer applications, maintaining accurate customer records, and addressing customer inquiries promptly. Your role also includes monitoring customer accounts and taking appropriate action when necessary. Responsibilities • Oversee a team of Customer Service Specialists and guide them towards achieving monthly retention goals • Communicate with Residents regarding lease amendments and renewal offer negotiations • Foster a collaborative and nurturing environment within the team • Monitor team member calls to offer constructive feedback and coaching • Address escalated concerns from Residents with utmost care and efficiency • Conduct daily audit of team’s work to ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures • Assign daily tasks to team members and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders to improve processes • Regularly review all reports and systems to ensure team is communicating with residents consistently through the 90-day renewal process • Work towards retaining residents and reducing turnover by communicating with residents thoroughly and in a timely manner • Use CRM, ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning, and other software tools to perform tasks efficiently and effectively. Requirements • 5 years of customer service experience required • Ability to manage a team effectively and meet monthly goals • Familiarity with Avaya CMS is required • Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software is essential • Proficiency in using About Time software is expected • Ability to handle Answering Inbound Calls efficiently • Must have experience with Auditing processes and procedures • Knowledge of Billing Functions is required TalentMatch® Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
