Role Summary:
As a Customer Service Supervisor you are responsible for the management of all operational aspects and for the profit and loss account for a site. You will also be responsible for expanding and exploiting the service potential as well as ensuring and increasing customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities & Requirements:
Management of a teamEnsuring and optimizing the operational KPIsSupport of existing customers and acquisition of new customers in coordination with the sales departmentConducting customer experience and concluding orders and following up customer projectsMonitoring and responsibility of the profit and loss account for a siteOptimization and continuous improvement of process flows in the service departmentInitiation of projects to increase efficiencyActive participation in the development and implementation of innovative service processesInterface management with internal engineering, external service providers, purchasing, quality and other service locationEvaluation and reporting of operational key figures in an international environmentEnforcement of safety and quality expectationsSupervision of international intercompany businessOther duties as assigned.
Preferred Experience / Skills:
Successfully completed university studies in the field of mechatronics, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering or similarWillingness to communicate with colleagues at production sites and service centers in an international environmentBasic plant and process knowledge of pump technology and vacuum technology2 - 4 years of professional and management experience, preferably in the field of service and customer supportVery good written and spoken English skills and willingness to travel internationally are a prerequisiteHigh quality awareness, commitment and high flexibility as well as resilience and customer orientationGood PC and MS Office skillsExperience with SAP or similar ERPIndependent, team-oriented workOverall entrepreneurial mindsetBS or BA Degree in relevant field and 2-4 years relevant experience
