What we’re looking for  

Education: College degree or equivalent experienceExperience: Prior experience in a customer relationship type role (sales, military, call center...). Leadership experience is a plus.Preferred Qualifications:  Advanced PC skills and strong knowledge of SAPExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenProcess improver able to drive results in a fast-paced environmentCustomer focused with outstanding analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong time management and organizational skillsConfident decision maker and team playerStrong leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills

How you will thrive and create an impact  

Oversee Customer Service associates’ development, including training and coachingLead and participate in improvement initiatives (e.g., Kaizen, OLE projects)Lead individuals and manage processes for quality customer experienceEnsure cooperation with multiple departments to meet customer needsHandle complex escalated calls and issues, ensuring resolutionRepresent customer care in meetings, presentations and during audits and visitsMonitor and maintain daily workflow and service levels by managing system failures and outages, minimizing disruptions
