Imperial Dade, a leading North American distributor, has a role available in Orlando, FL! We are looking to add Customer Service Support to our team in Orlando, FL. For this position, training will be provided on our ERP system, as well as the specific responsibilities. The specialist in this role should hold basic computer skills, office skills, as well as Microsoft Excel skills with a detail-oriented focus.

 

The schedule for this position is Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.

Responsibilities

You will:

Maintain Network Program order guidesMaintain ERP (S2K) program pricingAdding and deleting items from Order Guide and Price FilesCorrect Pricing errorsSet Up and configure New assigned accounts and locationsAssist Sales Representatives with contracted sell pricingCommunicate problems and needs to the Network ManagerRespond promptly to assigned requests and inquiriesMaintain minimum order fees and Fuel surcharge feesSubject matter experts on their assigned programsOptimize fill rates by providing subs for items out of stock or discontinuedUpdate and adjust invoice pricing, billing, and order discrepancies when necessaryAssist with special projects as needed and noted by the Network ManagerStaying up to date on program mandatesCommunicate with the Sales Representatives with information pertinent to their customer Qualifications

You have:

2 years of experience supporting large corporate accounts3 years of customer service experienceExperience with S2K is a plusEfficient in Microsoft Suite, especially ExcelExcellent verbal and written skillsMinimum High School Diploma
