We are truly Everywhereyoulook Position Summary and Responsibilities: + Ability to read and interpret basic customer and Teledyne drawings, specifications, and request for proposal/pricing. + Responds to customer inquiries regarding price and product literature requests. + Processes customer orders/changes according to established department policies and procedures. + May recommend price adjustments based on Company/customer relationship. + Provides timely feedback to the customer including shipping date, anticipated delays, and any additional information needed by customer. + Assists in resolving production scheduling, shipping, or invoicing issues to ensure delivery by specified dates. + At time, directly interface with customers to obtain input, provide status, or to present quotations. + Generate written quotations, enter orders, and maintain price tables + Extract data from an ERP system and perform advanced data management and reporting including use of pivot tables and filtering. + Provide timely and accurate support to others in the sales department as requested to maximize sales revenue Qualifications: + Bachelor's Degree in a related field; combination of education and experience acceptable + Minimum 1 year Sales or Customer Service experience preferred but not required + Excellent oral and written communication skills + Proficient in MS Office required + Ability to understand mathematical concepts such as percentages and basic algebra + May work in excess of 40 hours weekly (as required) + Some travel may be required In our efforts to maintain a safe and drug-free workplace, Teledyne Reynolds requires that candidates complete a satisfactory background check and pass a drug screen prior to employment. When extending an offer, a variety of factors are considered such as responsibilities of the position, relevant education and experience, certifications, knowledge and skills. **Salary Range:** $49,300.00-$65,700.000 **Pay Transparency** The anticipated salary range listed for this role is only an estimate. Actual compensation for successful candidates is carefully determined based on several factors including, but not limited to, location, education/training, work experience, key skills, and type of position.
