Job Description Our Healthcare Insurance client is looking to hire a Customer Services Support Specialist for a remote work from home contract position. This will be a contract until the end of the year with the possibility of extensions or contract renewal. We are looking for a recent college graduate that is looking to get their foot in the door at a Fortune 500 company in the Healthcare Technology Industry. We are looking for candidates with excellent communication and professionalism. This role will be helping a Go-Live team supporting 8,000+ users for Salesforce GPS (guided personal service) Chat functionality for Medicaid and Medicare.
