This entry level position is great for anyone who wants to get started within the vast and opportunistic Logistics’ field. With lots of room to grow, this position is ideal for recent graduates!CUSTOMER SERVICE SUPPORTWhat the Job Entails: Effective and professional communication with carriers and internal sales teamsShipment tracking – monitor pickup and deliveryProactively reporting potential late deliveries to internal sales teamsInputting shipment last locations and other information in operating systemFollowing Standard Operating Procedures and maintaining minimum productivity thresholdsAssist on minor Accounting Functions, obtaining documents, and data entryWhat We Are Looking For: English proficiency - minimum level B2Minimal Customer service experienceMinimum High School Diploma - Great opportunity for recent graduates!Well-organized self-starters with excellent interpersonal skills who enjoy a dynamic, fast-paced environmentPossess professional phone mannerismsOutgoing personality; high energy; flexible with schedulingGreat attitude and desire to work hard while having fun!This is a full-time permanent position from Monday to Friday
