YOUR ROLE Process orders in SAP and e-Salesforce (ESF) for Australia and New Zealand clients via email and phone for accuracy and timely fulfilmentGenerate reports in SAP and Excel to monitor orders on hold and ensure prompt dispatch
Track orders from warehouses to customers, managing inquiries, complaints, and resolutions effectively
Oversee returns processing including pre-checks with sales and warehouse teams for credit/debit notes
Provide comprehensive support to customers and sales, collaborating closely with Marketing, Commercial, and Supply Chain teams YOUR SKILLS Bachelor's Degree in any field
Preferably with at least one (1) year experience in handling SAP Order Entry Process Proficiency in MS Excel is required; SAP knowledge in order entry is required
Must be detail oriented and customer-service oriented
Proficiency in English verbal and written communication is needed
Amenable to work on an early dayshift schedule (3:00 AM to 12:00 NN), following ANZ holidays, and report on a hybrid work set-up in Ayala Avenue, Makati
