YOUR ROLE Works on tasks as defined by Customer Service Support team under Order to Cash department  Handle assigned region rebates, credit and debit note, free of charge and return orders Provides administrative support for the process of Malaysia, Singapore, and Thailand Executes daily operations, supports business and functions with relevant process / technical expertise YOUR SKILLS Preferably with a minimum of one (1) year related work experience in Order Management/ Order Taking/ Order Processing; Background from a Shared Service or Multinational Working Environment is an advantage Knowledge in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) is needed; SAP for Order processing is required Must be fluent in Thai and English language (oral & written); Must be a team player, detail-oriented, and have strong administrative skills Amenable to work on a day-shift schedule (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
