Customer Service Support with Dutch

MAIN JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: 

Tier 1 Support Omni-channel agent – must be able to support tickets and chats with customers. Provide customers with complete and accurate resolutions to problems.

 

REQUIREMENTS:                                                                                                                                               

Native or C1 Dutch. English B2. Ability to prioritize and organize work in a multitasked environment. Proficient personal computer skills including Microsoft Office. Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills. Excellent judgment, reasoning, and problem-solving skills.  Readiness to work 24/7 after training.
