You will manage order management and invoicing for a specific market.
**How you will contribute**
You will:
+ Provide Supply Chain analysis lead calls with Sales, Customer Service, Product Supply, and Distribution.
+ Drive to maximize fill rates on orders when biscuit inventory is constrained & Provide root-cause analysis on KPI opportunities.

+ Manage effective order fulfilment, taking account of availability checks, stock allocation rules and cross-functional alignment to balance supply constraints with delivery of service levels.

+ Knowledge of Supply Chain through Replenishment, Transportation, Business Insights & Solutions Financial Services.
+ Strong interpersonal, communication skills, and business knowledge, to maintain effective relationships.
+ Ability to lead cross functional team on weekly forecast calls to optimize service.
+ Ability to work directly with Sales & CS&L Leadership to fully understand and influence Mondelēz International Supply Chain processes to improve performance.
+ Ability to utilize technology to work smarter and improve the level of service. Must have Good Excel and SAP skills to conduct analyses to meet business needs. Ability to lead small groups or teams or participate special projects.

The base salary range for this position is $95,100 to $130,800; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
