We're looking for a Customer Service Team Leader to join our Kier Places based Nationwide.

What will you be responsible for?
As a Customer Service Team Leader, you'll be working within the Kier Places team, supporting them in managing the out-of-hours team.
Your day to day will include:
Collaborate effectively with other Customer Service Team Leaders to maintain a seamless, end-to-endservice approach, preventing operational silos. Conduct daily handovers with Customer Service leaders across the business to ensure smooth transitions. Oversee the training and onboarding of new team members, ensuring they are equipped for success. Ensure all contracts have a well-structured rota in place, with clear escalation points. Manage team absences effectively and plan ahead to ensure appropriate coverage during key periods such
as Christmas and Easter.
