So, come and join our Customer Service team in Italy as In-Vitro Customer Service Team Leader. The Customer Field Service Team Leader will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of field service engineers to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, leadership skills, and exceptional customer service abilities. The Team Leader will coordinate service activities, support to team members and act as a liaison between customers and Siemens Healthineers.
Key Responsibilities
• Supervise and mentor field service engineers, providing guidance and support to ensure effective performance.• Conduct regular team meetings to communicate objectives, share updates, and promote best practices.• Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional development.• Ensure timely and effective resolution of customer issues, escalating when necessary.• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to promote satisfaction and loyalty.• Oversee the scheduling and dispatching of field service technicians to ensure efficient use of resources.• Identify training needs and facilitate ongoing education for field service technicians.• Evaluate team performance and provide constructive feedback for continuous improvement.• Ensure that all field service operations comply with company policies, industry standards, and safety regulations.• Promote a culture of safety within the team by conducting regular safety briefings and training.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Engineering, or a related field preferred.• Proven experience in a field service role, with at least 3 years in a leadership position• Strong technical knowledge related to Laboratory Solutions• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed• Good and fluent English in both written and oral communication• Resident in Lazio area (preferably in Rome).
