Now, as Barilla Turkey we are looking for a Customer Service&Demand Planning Intern to join our team! We are searching for candidates who are willing to be part of Barilla Turkey for 6 months, available minimum 3 days in a week. Job Description: + Supporting Customer Service Team in the order-to-delivery processes of market customers, especially chain customers + Tracking and processing of return invoices + Tracking of orders and shipping plans + Approval of orders in customer systems + Supporting the team in customer communication Qualifications: + Communication Skills : Effective communication, solution-oriented and prone to teamwork. + Analytical Thinking : Ability to follow order and shipping processes. + Attention to Detail : Ability to follow return invoices and order approval processes meticulously. + Digital Competencies : Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint, etc.) programs. + Language Competence : Fluent in English. + Proactive Approach : Ability to take initiative and undertake tasks on their own. + Result Orientation: Determination to achieve goals.
