Position Overview:
As a Customer Services Professional in the Spares Department Team, your role is crucial in ensuring seamless customer experiences and driving business success. You'll need a unique blend of technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and exceptional communication abilities to effectively liaise between customers, vendors and Siemens' internal teams. Positioned at the forefront of customer interactions, your role has a direct impact on customer satisfaction, loyalty, and the overall reputation of Siemens Mobility. By providing timely and accurate support, resolving issues efficiently, and fostering strong relationships with customers, you play a vital part in maintaining Siemens' position as a trusted partner in the mobility industry.
What your day-to-day will look like:
Review vendor pricing updates, cost changes, and pending negotiations daily.Identify opportunities for cost optimization and strategic pricing.Collaborate with internal teams to align pricing strategies.Work with finance to analyze the impact of vendor pricing on profitability and margins.Prepare reports and presentations on pricing metrics, savings, and improvement recommendations.Share insights on vendor pricing trends and risks in cross-functional meetings.Join sales team meetings to discuss strategy and coordinate efforts.Assist in preparing sales proposals, quotes, and contracts, ensuring accuracy and policy compliance.To thrive in this role, you have:

The base salary range for this position in New Castle, DE is $71,900-$97,100. The actual salary/wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, and qualifications.
