To provide customer service support including processing of complaints, reporting to key stakeholders, a high level of customer satisfaction & ensuring regulatory compliance.
You will deal with specific customer service-related enquiries, efficiently and professionally.
You will be responsible for recording details of all enquiries onto the Customer Services database and responding to product enquires and complaints.
You will maintain accurate reports & records.
You will identify and communicate any issues, monitor trends and liaise with both internal and external stakeholders.
You will act in accordance with Pharmacovigilance policies and procedures, ensuring regulatory compliance.
You will be required to carry out any other reasonable task in relation to the overall job, as required and including holiday cover in the customer services team.
You will develop and maintain a current knowledge of the industry, as well as any external factors that may impact the department.
You will undertake administration activities to ensure and verify the compliance of a range of medicines across the POM, P, GSL and THR categories, and of the medical devices distributed by Ceuta Healthcare Ltd.
You will work with key service providers; QP Services UK Ltd and Alloga UK Ltd, to maintain regulatory compliance.
You will be responsible for Trade Customer issue management
You will provide support for brand team journals, directories etc.
Career Experience
A minimum of 18 months experience in a fast-paced customer service environment is essential
Experience of working within the FMCG industry, specifically health and beauty, would be advantageous
Qualifications
Good general standard of education including Maths and English.

The ability to analyse trends in relation to customer complaints and make recommendations for internal and external stakeholders
The ability to manage customer complains to proactively find solutions
The ability to communicate politely and effectively with internal and external stakeholders
The ability to liaise confidently with customers and the client to investigate and resolve any issues in a timely manner
The ability to use initiative and work autonomously to manage your own responsibilities
