Customer Services Specialist
Job Purpose and Summary

You will be providing a high level of customer service that meets and on occasions goes beyond customer expectations. Ensuring that all customer queries are handled in a prompt and professional manner, taking ownership of issues, utilizing all available resources. You'll need previous experience of handling customer complaints/enquiries via telephone, in writing or face to face and to be proficient in Microsoft Office, possess accurate data entry skills.

Customer Complaints Handling

Able to obtain and use technical knowledge of Canon Photo and Print products to handle consumer claims,

Ensure best consumer experience during consumer care processGenerate consumer insight based on Canon forums and social media

Register repairs, cost estimates and handle invoicing to customers.

Interact with customers at the customer desk, by phone and e-mail.

Serve the technicians with repairs.

Handle the packing of incoming and outgoing repairs.

Attend photo and print events (fairs) where customer service is required

Warranty and chargeable repairs on Canon Professional Photo and Video Products as well as Consumer products (Print) both as bring-in and On-Site service

Service Partner Management, Settlement, Support and Training of service Partners

What we ask

You are likely to have a previous background in customer service where you have communicated clearly and concisely in Polish and English, input data accurately and responded to customer queries in a timely manner.
Your time management and organizational skills will be fine-tuned with an ability to quickly understand customers issues or complaints. Working to a cost effective and commercially viable solution will ensure you are successful in this role.

Flexible and adaptable approach when working with team members or other departments to achieve the teams/departments objectives and targets.

Adapt to new or additional tasks/projects within the Customer Service team when requested to by the Manager
