Support a 24/7/365 call support center. Process service part orders for internal and external customers. track shipments, process returns, and other clerical duties.

* Answer 3rd shift calls from the PETNET Technical support line, collect information from customer, contact correct department for support to caller.
* Processes incoming orders, inquiries and/or requests regarding products and/or services.
* Performs order management for assigned customers, manages and files clients' information in the information system.
* Supports customer remotely while providing 1st level user support in case of arising issues.
* Drives complex issues and questions to respectively qualified Service Technicians or Service Engineers.
* Cooperates with clients and CSML to clarify orders and issues.
* Participates in investigating and resolving issues with orders pertaining to CSML.
* Supports pre-and/or post technical product advice for development, implementation and operation of customer solutions.

* Primary shift is 11pm-7am Sunday through Thursday. On Call during weekends at least every 3rd weekend. Work extra shifts when co-workers are on PTO.

The pay range for this position is $42,000 - $55,000 U.S. dollars annually; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, as well as where the work will be performed.
