Job DescriptionKey tasks / topics:
Customer Interface: Serve as the primary technical point of contact for customers, understanding their requirements and translating them into technical solutions.Technical Orchestration: Lead the technical aspects of customer projects, coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.Asset & Instrumentation Expertise: Utilize technical knowledge of assets and instrumentation to identify and address customer needs and challenges effectively.Digital Twin Solution Ecosystem: Develop a solid understanding of the digital twin solution ecosystem, including cloud, edge, data science, and simulation, to support solutioning and delivery.Solution Design: Collaborate with internal teams to design technical solutions that meet customer requirements and align with business objectives.Project Delivery: Oversee the implementation and delivery of technical solutions, ensuring they meet quality standards and customer expectations.Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends relevant to customer projects, identifying opportunities for innovation and enhancement.Actively contribute to the health indicator and KPI development projects for various templates.Responsible for developing and deploying various predictive maintenance models into production environments. Monitoring of model performance and retrain models as needed to maintain accuracy and reliability.QualificationsEducation: Bachelor's or Master's degree in electrical engineering, computer science, or a related field.Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical roles, with a focus on assets & instrumentation and customer project delivery.Technical Know-How: Strong technical expertise in assets & instrumentation, with a solid understanding of related technologies and systems.Digital Twin Solution Understanding: Basic understanding of the digital twin solution ecosystem, including cloud, edge, data science, and simulationCommunication: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with an ability to effectively interface with customers and internal teams.Problem-solving: Strong analytical skills with a focus on identifying and resolving technical challenges.Adaptability: Ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and concepts, staying abreast of industry trends and developments.Certifications: Relevant certifications in assets & instrumentation or related fields are adventurous.Actively contribute to the health indicator and KPI development projects for various templates.Responsible for developing and deploying various predictive maintenance models into production environments.
