About This Role:
Join Global Customer Excellence & Operations (CE&O)—the heart of Biogen's omnichannel engagement. Within CE&O, the Intern would join the Customer Solutions & Analytics team, which designs and builds technical and business solutions that empower our affiliates to enhance communication with healthcare professionals (HCPs), deliver impactful global content, and ensure robust data and analytics to drive business success.
As an intern on our Customer Data & Consent Team, you'll work on enabling and improving global customer consent and data collection efforts. Your key responsibility will be connecting technology with business needs, supporting countries in boosting their consent and customer data collection across various channels.
What You’ll Do in This Internship:
Support the Implementation of Consent Solutions – Help coordinate and deliver customer consent and data collection tools, assist in resolving issues with IT teams, and contribute to projects that enhance global data collection efforts.Promote Awareness of Consent Capabilities – Create engaging materials like presentations and newsletters to highlight consent best practices and solutions, keeping internal resources up to date and impactful.Help Monitor and Improve Data Quality – Prepare reports on customer data and consent completeness, and share ideas to improve key areas based on your findings.This role offers a unique opportunity to collaborate across global and local functions, gaining hands-on experience in technology, business processes, digital marketing, and the pharma industry. We provide flexibility to combine your internship with studies and the chance to work from our vibrant Polish site in the heart of the city
What You’ll Do:
Spearhead the implementation of customer consent solutions by coordinating with IT teams and troubleshooting issues.Develop and disseminate educational materials to promote a deep understanding of consent tools and best practices within the organization.Analyze data quality and consent metrics, preparing reports and proposing enhancements to improve our processes.Engage in project management, providing updates and ensuring the smooth delivery of consent and data collection initiatives.Create communications like presentations and newsletters to keep internal stakeholders informed and engaged.Collaborate with various teams to foster the adoption of consent solutions across multiple channels.Contribute to ad hoc projects aimed at refining our customer data collection strategies.Deliver quarterly updates and insights to drive continuous improvement in consent practices.Act as a liaison between the CE&O Customer Data & Quality Lead and the Head of Customer Solutions & Analytics.Additional InformationWhy Biogen?
