Provide consulting on Access Network technologies (xDSL and GPON): Customer discussion, problem definition, data analysis and solution design. Act as the solution expert on Nokia Network analyzer Copper and Fiber (NA-C/F) Critically Analyse and Diagnose customer problems Architect detailed plan as baseline for execution Manage & support product trials Conduct access network analysis and work out optimisations Creatively propose network migration scenario’s Manage small customer projects Follow the technical implementation as per Nokia standard during the delivery phase and ensure smooth field deployment and System Integration Follow the offered solution design/architecture presented to customer and verify/adapt it during realization phase. Provide support to pre-sales in defining consulting services for network operators Interact with R&D to advance on critical customer issues and promote product improvements Crosstrain colleagues on latest solutions Good team player Able to demonstrate strong sense of ownership. B.Tech. / BE in Computer Science or Telecommunications from a reputable institution with overall more than 12 years of experience  More than >5 years of experience in broadband access deployment, xDSL technology, radio technologies, voice networks or telecom networks operations or equivalent by experiences. Good understanding of Fixed networks will be preferred Exposure and Experience in Wireless telecom domain standards will be added advantage Excellent knowledge in several of the following technology domains/products: Experience in Telecom / Telco Operational environment is an asset Strong knowledge of xDSL or GPON physical layer Competent to define and organise tests for physical layer analysis Expert in Scripting Language like Shell Scripting, Bash. Preference for Python and PL\SQL \ Java competence. Able to perform data mining and analysis (Python / Matlab) Working knowledge and experience on Redhat Linux / Unix  and its troubleshooting Good hands-on working on Database systems like MariaDB / mySQL / Hbase / Hive / Impala Working knowledge of OS management and configuration (RedHat) Familiarity with IP networking, voice and data solutions, telecom infrastructures and network operations is plus Soft skills: Proactive communication with customers, good oral and written English. Candidate will be responsible to lead Use Case deployment under delivery responsibilities and as well contribute and lead the efficiency initiatives adhering to the organization goals. Manages client engagements with solution capabilities from multiple sources and technologies.  Provides solution consulting service, having expertise in one or more areas, acts as a source of expertise for colleagues. Builds understanding and preference for Nokia products and solutions by influencing regional team decisions and strategic direction.  Be a mentor to the junior team members and as well drive the technical solutions as a team lead.
