This role will be based out of Edmonton, Alberta

As a CSA, you will play a crucial role in pre-sales architecture and creating comprehensive technology roadmaps. By providing thought leadership and leveraging TELUS' wide range of technology solutions, you will enable our customers to prioritize their initiatives and achieve the best possible outcomes.
Collaborating closely with our Sales department, you will develop and cultivate relationships at all levels within our customers' organizations and articulate complex ideas and concepts. As a trusted advisor, you will boost customer satisfaction by presenting a holistic view of how technology can integrate and enable our customers' strategic initiatives. Your honed Business Acumen and critical thinking skills will be key in driving success for both our customers and our company.

What you bring
Customer Focus attitude overcoming obstacles and challenges with resilience and determination. Understand the IT/Telecommunications competitive landscape across Canada 3+ years of experience in leading the architecture of solutions across multiple technologies Experience leading and facilitating: workshops, whiteboard discussions, technology roadmaps, and consulting conversations with customers Proven track record in effectively working and leveraging cross-functional resources in an organization to lead an initiative or technical solution Technical understanding across multiple-solution portfolios such as: Telecommunications, Mobility, Unified Communications, Security, Cloud and IT Hosting Solutions Excellent interpersonal and relationship skills; be seen as a peer and advisor to executive-level clients leading them to embrace TELUS solutions as strategic to their business Ability to discuss customer solution benefits from both a technical and financial perspective Sales training/account planning – strong asset Passionate about continuous learning and personal development
