An exciting opportunity is now available for a Customer Solutions Consultant to join the Downer Defence Contract located at Gallipoli Barracks, Enoggera.

We are looking for two candidates with a strong background in customer service, coupled with a positive attitude and customer centric ethos!

In return you will work in an engaging & supportive work environment which has flexible working arrangements, with the following positions available:

Position 1 will be a full time Monday – Friday working a 6am – 6pm roster, this is a hybrid model 1 week in the office, 1-week WFH. 

What you’ll do

As a key member of our team, you will be primarily responsible for –

Deliver exceptional customer service Raise & dispatch service requests on our Defence contract Provide accurate and detailed data into Work Management System Manage competing priorities  Contribute to the success of our business!

You will have 

Customer service or contact centre experience Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong attention to detail Ability to navigate through systems and follow process Australian Citizen to work on Defence site

Above all, you’ll have a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and desire to provide high quality outcomes for our customers.

Two weeks training will be provided at our Gallipoli Barrack, successful candidates will be expected to attend before falling into hired roster pattern. 

You will be available to work on rotating roster from 6am –10pm (Monday - Sunday).
