As Customer Solutions Director in GCU AT&T, Market Area North America, you will be responsible for one of the most exciting parts of Ericsson business solutions in one of leading market areas globally. You will be responsible for solutions focused across Ericsson’s BCSS portfolio to deliver transformational solutions to AT&T.
You will:
Deliver success through empowerment and accountability by modeling behavior defined by 5 focus areas of “Ericsson on the move” with an emphasis on integrity Build strong customer relationships at the leadership level and provide E2E solution support during pre and post sales phase across BCSS portfolio.Contribute to developing and execution of a comprehensive Business Plan and Sales Strategy aligned with the CU’s sales goals and objectives.Project strategic thought leadership through keeping abreast with technology and competition updates and applying them to create an innovative solution strategy for the customer.Provide proactive solution support to the customer for 5G and network monetization, leveraging capabilities across the BCSS portfolio for differentiated connectivity and technology enablers such as slicing, URSP, orchestration, analytics, automation, and assurance. Active participation in AT&T RFPs, business case and financial modelling support, customer presentations, and other unsolicited proposals to customersSupport AT&T executive meetings, Tech Summit, and Investor Day content development across BCSS portfolio and also present content in such forums demonstrating E2E portfolio and technical knowledge.Facilitate cooperation and interaction between other domains for end-to-end solution, business case and strategy developmentRepresent Ericsson in customer events and industry forums like roadshows, seminars Demonstrate a lifelong learning mindset and continually evolve competence in new technology areas: Analytics and OSS solutions, Cloud Container Solutions, HCP, Automation AI/ML, 5G SA, IoT
You will have:
15+ years of experience in telecommunication industry, of which at least 10+ years in the field of Cloud core and software services.Experience of at least 5+ years working in a customer facing role and/or experience in CU driving advanced technologies using a consultative approach.Experience in leading solution and business case development and customer RFP defense Strong understanding of Ericsson Core Networks, OSS/Network Management and AI/Automation solutions. Strong relationship with BA and DomainsDemonstrated ability to own and drive account strategy. Experience in creating, presenting, and executing Cross functional solutions from pre-sales to post sales.Experience providing Executive level reporting including budget, risk management and strategic planning.University degree in EngineeringExcellent communication and presentation skills
