We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Solutions Engineer (CSE) - Solution working in our KONE Makati office. You will work within a customer orientated and highly motivated team which focuses on providing solutions to a diverse client base for the New Building Solutions. 

What will you be doing? 

Responsible for finding the optimal technical solution to match customer’s needs for the New Building Solutions Business. Coordinate specifications and delivery times with the Supply Line Ensure that the proposed solution fulfils code, regulatory and safety requirements Advise customers directly with responses to technical questionsResponsible for correct initial project costing Act as the primary contact between frontline and supply line Manage drawings and related documentation 

Are you the one? 

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent experience Possess 3-5 years of experience in Elevators & Escalators industriesAbility to communicate effectively with customers and create a memorable experience Skills to handle communication between sales and supply line Autocad, BIM, IT literacy, competent in MS OfficeCandidates should be comfortable working at elevated levelsProficient in creating engaging presentations using PowerPointAbility to collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders
