The salary range for this role, based in Florida is $97,040.00 to $121,300.00. The range will vary if outside of this location.  Base salaries are determined during our interview process, by assessing a candidate’s experience, skills against internal peers and against the scope and responsibilities of the position.

Position Summary

The Customer Solutions Manager (CSM) is responsible for uncovering and developing key insights that lead to action at the customer, distributor, and within the PRUSA organization. This role partners with the sales team and is instrumental to grow category share by driving sales through the analysis of scan data, chain loyalty card data, consumer and shopper insights, and industry trends, constantly looking for the next idea to position PRUSA as a thought leader in the industry as well as support the creation of the customer strategy.  This individual will lead a PRUSA Shelf and Category Management (shelf and display) philosophy and generate actionable customer/consumer insights to reach business goals.

Major Responsibilities

Identify and commercialize best practice insights from industry trends, retail landscape and shopper behavior that support Division and Customer PrioritiesProvide thought leadership to the customers by bringing category growth solutions rooted in insightsScorecard PRUSA’s performance versus the competitionDeliver post-promotion evaluations and communicate areas of strength and opportunityTrack and benchmark new item innovation performanceDevelop and articulate category strategies, analyze relevant data sources, link to shopper insights and provide recommendations that grow the businessLead retailer schematics summits with distributor partners to implement PRUSA brand standards and maximize shelf space to drive salesEvaluate category management initiatives around distribution, pricing, promotions and shelfCollaborate with cross functional teams such as marketing, finance and operations to deliver category plansAdvance Chains Division selling tools to capitalize on category volume opportunities

Key Competencies

Demonstrates exceptional skill in critical thinking and communication, as well as a high level of data analysis, problem solving and analytical reasoningAbility to organize and manage work to achieve results and track performance so that problems are detected early or prevented entirely are key competencies for success Ability to gather, synthesize, analyze, and present data from multiple systems/sourcesUnderstanding of both retailer and distributor/wholesaler go-to-market strategiesBroad understanding of marketplace dynamics and impact to BevAl environmentMust possess strong computer skills with a proficiency in MS Office - Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and OutlookDemonstrate strong Nielsen / IRI analytical skills, JDA, Numerator and other Category Management software application skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as outstanding aptitude for time managementSuccessful at building relationships at customers and internally throughout the organizationProven experience informing and influencing key decision makers on the business

Experience and Background

- Education:

Bachelor’s Degree required

- Experience:

3+ years of previous sales analysis experience preferably in the wine and spirits industry or a CPG environment and category management support across a diverse number of retailers is required.Experience partnering with distributor and direct key accounts or channel responsibility is required.Prior experience leveraging shopper insights to support a customer is critical for this position.

Working Conditions

Work is performed in a typical office environment, with limited demands for movement and liftingNormal visual acuity required for correspondence and computer terminal usage

Travel

30% of travel within the Divisions for alignment and customer developmentOccasional travel to distributor meetings to present category management/space summits is also required
