Johnson Service Group (JSG), a nationally recognized professional recruiting firm is currently seeking an onsite Customer Solutions Representative for our client in Summerville, SC.

Summary:
The Customer Solutions Representative will act as a direct liaison between customers, end users, sales, operational departments and key vendors.  This role includes customer support, order management, issue resolution and follow up.

Responsibilities:
Respond to all in-bound customer communication (written and verbal) in a knowledgeable, pleasant and professional manner. Responsible for client interactions, including quotes, order management, sales invoicing, product and service issue resolution with an emphasis on creating customer satisfaction. Provide timely support to the sales team, including trade shows, sales materials, basic reporting, etc. Maintain an open line of communication with overseas offices.
Qualifications: At least two years of relevant customer service experience; in lieu of experience, candidates must possess a Bachelor's Degree. Proficient in MS Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook. Capable of learning other systems such as Oracle, Salesforce, etc.  Strong organization and communication skills. Self-motivated and able to work effectively as part of a team. Comfortable working in a fast paced environment  EDI system experience preferred.
