Job Description:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following: (Other duties may be assigned.)
Handle inquiries concerning billing issues, care issues, technical issues, and general questions providing prompt knowledgeable responsesProcess adds/moves/changes requestsMaintain ownership through completion of all customer requestsHandle all types of customer interaction types including e-mail, telephone calls, and fax requestsProvides superior above-average level of customer service to all customers (internal and external)Partner with Account Advisors to ensure customer satisfaction and revenue goalsKeep customer information updated on assigned accounts and stay abreast of customer needs/changesUpholds Fusion Communications’ company virtues
