Business Context & Main Purpose of the Job
The Customer Strategy and Planning and Brand Manager Hair will oversee the marketing and CSP management of the BPC in the market. This role plays a key part in ensuring the category has the best fitting and consistent marketing and customer marketing strategy for the long, mid, and short term. Additionally, is a hybrid role between CSP & Brand Manager and reports to the CSP Lead Personal Care.
Main Accountabilities
+ Formulate 3–5-year Brand/Category roadmaps with the rest of the Marketing and CSP team.
+ Manage category IBP (Integrated Business Planning) process, coordinate brand audits and brand marketing plan creation on category level.
+ Execute, evaluate & corrective actions; including launching innovation, running brand campaigns.
+ Manage portfolio 5S (Smart pricing, Smart mix, Smart product platforms, Smart sourcing, Smart buying and partnering ) programs and network/ Supply Chain discussions.
+ Identified Simplifications process & projects (e.g. forecasting, budgeting, repacking).
+ P&L ownership and active management of Sales & Operations Planning process and cycles.
+ Define national innovation plan and launch plan to channels/customers.
+ Conduct deep dives in channel and customer audits to form prioritized Hair Care Customer priorities .
+ Deploy strategically aligned commercial plan in market with Customer Business Development, including Shopper / Digital Marketing. Manage category development projects with major customers.
+ Own Pricing and Promo Strategy. Manage the review and actions of the quarterly forecasting outputs.
+ Own localized Category Growth Stories (CGS) to channel and customer level, with clear storytelling. Manage customer engagement on how to grow the category & create customer specific Category plans. Voice of customer, category & shopper connecting IBP & JBP (Joint Business Plan ).

Preferred Qualifications
+ University Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
+ Master’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.
+ Over than 4 years of experience in Brand Management, CSP, Sales or related roles.
+ Fluency in Greek & English.
