If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team at Aviva as a Customer Strategy Lead.

A bit about the job:

In this role, you will be an integral leader within our agile team of subject matter experts, contributing to the development and execution of the One Aviva Customer Strategy.

You will work closely with Data Science to analyse customer data, identify growth opportunities, and prioritize customer segments. Additionally, you will conduct ongoing market scanning and competitor analysis, articulate opportunity gaps, and contribute to the development of business cases for strategic initiatives.

Effective collaboration with senior leader stakeholders across the business will be crucial to ensure the sustained uptake of the strategy, and you will be responsible for maintaining clear and consistent communication to share progress against key deliverables.

Skills and experience we’re looking for:

Ability to source and analyse various sources of information, translating complex data into meaningful insights and actions.Effective collaboration skills to work across multiple workstreams and teams.Excellent written and oral communication skills for reports and presentations, with a particular set of experience in delivering board level communications.Track record of owning end-to-end deliverables to define opportunities for improved performance and delivering outcomes.Collaborative mindset with strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
